Established during the academic year 2002-’03 for systematic transformation of the students into highly motivated graduates with professional competence. The college is working with professional competence under the aegis of Jaya Educational Trust, Thiruninravur, Chennai which was found by Prof. A. Kanagaraj.

In the field of sports and games, the college has continuously provided ample opportunities and facilities. In our college, we have Billiards (indoor game) for both the students and the staff. Also there is a Turf Wicket Cricket Ground inaugurated by famous cricketer Mr.L.Balaji.
